Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. In order to process your order efficiently, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for your shipping address and billing address. Free shipping on all domestic orders over $75, after any coupons/discounts have been applied (customer must select this option at checkout). If your order does not qualify for free shipping we offer $7.45 flat rate shipping on all orders (offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

At Shoes2Die4.com we provide tracking information for all orders. You will be able to track your package from shipment through delivery with the tracking information provided.

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, we are no longer have control over the package. Please understand we cannot make any guarantees once the package leaves our facility. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability, but you will need to file a claim with the carrier (i.e USPS or FedEX). Please make necessary arrangements to be present at time of delivery. We will not be held responsible or liable for items showing ‘DELIVERED’.

INVALID ADDRESS/MULTIPLE DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

All returned packages with failure delivery, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or refusal, we are not responsible for the shipping and return shipping. If applicable, store credit will be issued with deduction of shipping cost from the original payment according to the receipt of the returned packages. For packages refused by customers, there may be additional shipping cost charged by carrier. If would like you reship the item, you can purchase re-shipping at Shoes2Die4.com for $7.45.

SALES ITEMS

All items on sale are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All items in our “SALE” tab are FINAL SALE. All discounted items are also FINAL SALE. We reserve the right to add or remove items from our SALES tab at any time. Any sale or final sale item received for a return or exchange will not be honored. A store credit with a 15% restocking fee will only be honored. No exceptions.
