How Do I Return an Item?
To Start a Return submit your request here. You will need your email address and your order number to get started.
How many days do I have to make a return?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to submit your return request.
What items can I return?
Most shoes, and accessories are returnable within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original shoe box and then packaged durably. Please do not put tape or stickers on the shoe box. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Worn items
- Shipping fees
Can I return items purchased on Sale?
Items purchased on SALE are not eligible for return, only exchange or credit without exception. Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
