RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At SHOES2DIE4.COM, we have a no-hassle return policy. We want to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied. We will refund the purchase amount of items received in unworn condition with its original packaging returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The package must be returned with original package, all the returns w/o original packaging will be refused; all items returned in used condition will not be accepted and will be refused.
At Shoes2Die4.com we aim to provide a return service that’s hassle-free! Here’s how it works:
- Print/Complete our Return Merchandise Form included with your order or you can print here. Please make sure to include your Shoes2Die4.com order number.
- Securely pack your items to make sure the item or its packaging (shoe box) are not damaged and in resalable condition.
- Purchase a shipping label from the carrier of your choice (the cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility).
- Ship the items to the address provided on the Return Merchandise Form, and you’re all done!
Once we have received your returned package, item(s) eligible for refund will be credited back to the original form of payment within 5 business days.
Fashion items turn over rapidly. Shoes2Die4.com cannot hold any item(s) for customer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend you purchase that item first and return the unwanted item along with original packaging, invoice and the return/exchange form and we will issue a refund upon receipt.

*For items to qualify for a return or exchange they must be in new, unworn, unwashed conditions. Items must be returned or exchanged in original packaging and all tags must be attached. All sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
