Local Pick Up Information

NEED A PAIR OF SHOES TODAY? We are here for you! Effective 6/1/18, we now offer a quick and easy LOCAL PICK-UP OPTION! All orders are available for pick up within 2 hours of placing your order online. Orders placed before 2PM EST M-F will be available for pick-up the same business day! All orders placed after 2PM EST M-F, or on a non-business day, will be available for pick-up the next business day.

Once you have placed your order, you have 30 days to pick up your order at our pick-up location. If your order is not picked up within 30 days your item will be restocked and you will only be eligible for a store credit (no exceptions).

Our pickup location is open 5 days a week. Our pick up hours are as follows:

Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm EST

Please make sure to bring your valid I.D. upon arrival. If you would like for your item(s) to be released to another individual, please notate this information in your order notes. If another individual is picking up your item(s), they must have their valid I.D. at the time of pickup.
