It depends upon shipping carriers policy and is ultimately up to the discretion of the driver. If the driver does not feel it is safe to leave the package he/she will return the next business day to re-attempt delivery.

Yes! You can’t have a signature required to receive your package for just a $3 fee.

• Check with your neighbors to make sure no one is holding a package for you.

Yes! Unworn items can be Returned for a refund (minus shipping cost) within 14 days of the receipt date (postmark date on return package must indicate so). 

Merchandise cannot be worn and must be in original packaging and order for items to be returned. Do not tape shoe boxes to return items. Returns will not be excepted if shoe boxes are taped and not shipped in an outer carton.

To ensure your item is received, please make sure your returns are shipped with a tracking numbers so you can verify your item has arrived.
